As a former athlete, I always had a love for fitness but after experiencing multiple injuries and setbacks, I was catapulted into needing a better understanding of nutrition for the sake of managing my health without the most ideal workout routine. After receiving my degree in Psychology, I became a behavioral therapist specializing in behavior modification while training clients in-person in a gym. It was not until 2020 when I took the leap to bring both of my professional worlds into one.

By doing so, I have been able to maximize client success & delivery by investing both my time and money into my own coaches/mentors, certifications, practicals, books and educational outlets, I can confidently coach my clients to achieve their goals. I want to use my investments to help coaches bridge the gap in their own abilities as a coach in order set a higher standard in the coaching space and for their own health.

I like to think of myself as the “down for anything” friend. When I am not supporting clients or leading my team, I am likely planning my next trip, spending time with my family/dogs, trying out a new coffee shop, hiking, chasing a sunset, singing/dancing at a concert or saying yes to spontaneous plans with friends.

Audra is a pelvic health occupational therapist, weightlifter, and former athlete with over five years of experience in occupational therapy and four years specializing in pelvic health. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space to address common but often overlooked concerns like urinary leakage, digestive issues, prolapse, and diastasis recti. Drawing from her own experience as an athlete navigating pelvic floor challenges, she takes a whole-body, holistic approach to help individuals regain confidence and move comfortably.

HOW MUCH IS 1:1 COACHING?

Pricing varies based on the program you enroll in! We like to meet with you first, so that we're able to better understand your goals, needs, background, and more, in order to find a program fit for you!

WILL MY PLAN BE TAILORED TO ME?

Yes! We take the first two weeks of your program as a baseline phase to take a closer look into your nutrition, strength, form, and lifestyle, in order to build a training + nutrition program completely tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle!

We like to say "our program is made to it into your lifestyle, not the other way around"!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

This is largely dependent on the individual! We wouldn't be doing our job if we told you that you'd see results in X amount of time. It all boils down to your history, your goals, and the effort you put towards the program!

WILL I GET A MEAL PLAN?

We don't give specific "meal plans", but you will get custom nutrition protocols to follow! We tailor this to the individual and what will work best for them!

You will get a weekly check-in from your coach, with a video response from them that goes in-depth about your week! You will also get quarterly benchmark Zooms with your coach, to ensure you're making progress towards your goals and so that we can set new benchmark goals for you!

CAN I CONTACT MY COACH BETWEEN CHECK-INS?

Yes! You have full access to your coach to message them at any time with any questions, extra accountability, etc. that you may need!

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM IF I'M PREGNANT?

Yes! We have multiple coaches that are pre- and postnatal certified and specialize in helping mamas gain strength! We also have a pelvic floor therapist on our team!

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

We also recommend physical therapy if you're dealing with an injury. We have a physical therapist on our team that we refer clients to, to help with injuries. We also encourage our clients to seek more guidance when necessary! We love being a part of our clients care team to help them become the strongest versions of themselves!

CAN I WORKOUT FROM HOME?

Yes! We have many clients that workout from home. We tailor everything completely to you, so we just ask for what equipment you have access to + a video of your workout space, so we know what we're workin' with!

WHO WILL MY COACH BE?

We try to pair you with the coach that best fits your goals! We not only have pre- and postnatal coaches, but also coaches that specialize in powerlifting, olympic lifting, running, ex-athletes, weight loss, body recomp, and more! Our coaching team truly is the dream team and we make sure to pair you with a good fit! No matter what, you will be getting a high quality experience!
